Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Some items may be final sale (see exceptions below)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked on product page)
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Personalized or custom-made pieces

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Submit a Return Request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our style team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you return instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Las Vegas headquarters using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
